If you are interested in undertaking the Bronze Medallion Course, please contact At the start of the course you will do a pre-requisite pool swim (400 metres within 9 minutes). You will learn CPR, First Aid, Radio/Signal communication. You will also learn how to do a rescue using a tube and a board, along with spinal injury rescue techniques. This is a great way to involve yourself in Surf Lifesaving as well as being trained in one of the most important life skills that everyone should know.
