Functions / Hall Hire
We are very fortunate at Bilgola, to have one of the best clubhouses and locations on the Northern Beaches.
Our Surfboat Bar in particular is unique, intriguing guests with its originality, while our Hall and BBQ area are also great features.
We have a fully functioning industrial kitchen, with 2 commercial a gas stoves, a brand new commercial refrigerator, 2 microwaves and an expansive stainless steel food preparation area.
Because we are positioned in the protected south corner of Bilgola Beach, with a north of east aspect, we are protected from the nasty weather out of the south, but get the cooling north easterly breeze in summer.

The Club has recently undergone renovations to the Kitchen, Bar and most significantly the Main Hall, which now boasts state of the art Audio Visual / Electronic Presentation Facilities, specifically designed for Corporate Functions.
Current Hire Rates: (Excluding Corporate Functions **)
- Non-Members - $1,100 *
- Social Members - $750 *
- Patrolling Members - $250 *
* Further charges apply for cleaning, audio visual equipment and bar staff. These vary depending on the size of the function.
** Hire Charges for Corporate Functions are variable upon request, and are only available Monday to Friday.
Please note:
- Bilgola SLSC does not cater for 21st or 18th birthdays.
- With a fully functioning and well-stocked bar, alcohol is not allowed to be brought onto the premises.
- As a Licensed Premises, rules regarding the Responsible Serving of Alcohol are strictly applied at all times.
- As a functioning Surf Life Saving Club, function times are restricted to fit in with essential Surf Life Saving activities.
